This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you play our games or visit haitinhmo.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean Ngô Quang Lộc (Ngo Quang Loc), an individual game developer in Vietnam. We develop and publish the games listed on this website and on our developer pages in the App Store and Google Play (the “games”), and we are responsible for the personal information processed through them. This policy applies to Quack Trek (Lùa Vịt Xuyên Việt) and to every other game we publish on the App Store and Google Play.
The short version
- You can play without an account. We don’t ask for your name, email address or phone number in the games.
- The games are free and show ads. Our ad partners use device identifiers to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can turn off personalized ads at any time.
- If a game offers purchases, Apple or Google handles the payment. We never see your payment card details.
- To see or delete your data, write to support@haitinhmo.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, such as screenshots or details about your device.
Information collected automatically when you play
The games, and the partners listed in this policy, automatically collect:
- Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size and mobile network.
- Identifiers: on Android, the advertising ID and app set ID; on iPhone and iPad, the identifier for vendors (IDFV) and, only if you allow tracking, the identifier for advertisers (IDFA).
- Approximate location: your country and region, estimated from your IP address. We don’t ask for your precise location.
- Gameplay and usage: the ads you see or tap.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and error reports.
Purchases
Some games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of what you bought, not your name or payment details.
Our website
haitinhmo.com doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Its hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and working.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- run the games, keep your progress and settings on your device, and make sure the games work on your device;
- show ads, including personalized ads where you have allowed them, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure how ads perform;
- detect and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and invalid ad activity;
- understand how the games are played, so we can fix problems, balance difficulty and plan updates;
- process purchases and restore them when you reinstall a game or change devices;
- answer your questions and support requests;
- meet our legal obligations and enforce our terms of use.
We don’t sell your personal information for money, and we don’t use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Advertising
The games are free because they show ads. These can include rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward, full-screen ads at natural breaks, and banner ads.
Ads are provided by the ad networks listed in the next section. To choose which ads to show, limit repetition, measure results and prevent fraud, they may use your device’s advertising identifier, your IP address and how you interact with ads. Personalized ads may also be based on your activity in other apps and websites.
- Consent: where the law requires it, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. If you don’t consent, you may still see non-personalized or limited ads, which aren’t based on your activity in other apps and websites.
- iPhone and iPad: we access the IDFA only if you allow tracking when the game asks through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- US state privacy laws: sharing information with ad partners for targeted advertising may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out using the privacy options in the game, where available, or by writing to us.
You can change your choices at any time:
- In the game: open Settings and tap Privacy options, where available.
- Android: in your phone’s Settings, find Ads (usually under Google or Privacy), then delete your advertising ID or turn off ads personalization.
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for the game.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers and partners below, and only for the purposes in this policy. We require them to protect your information at least as well as this policy does and to use it only as the law allows.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC), advertising and ad mediation: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Apple and Google, app distribution and payments, under their own privacy policies.
This list covers every ad network and service built into our games. Before we add a new one, we add it to this list.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of our players, us or others, or if a game moves to another publisher, for example as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In that case, your information will remain protected by this policy.
Legal bases
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with similar rules, we rely on:
- Consent, for personalized ads and, where required, analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract, to provide the games and the purchases you request.
- Legitimate interests, to keep the games secure, prevent fraud, fix crashes, show non-personalized ads and improve the games.
- Legal obligations, when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
How long we keep information
- Game progress and settings stay on your device until you delete the game or its data.
- Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after your request is resolved, then deleted.
- Ad partners keep data under their own policies, linked above.
- Records we must keep by law, such as accounting records, are kept for the period the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before;
- opt out of targeted advertising and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
To make a request, write to support@haitinhmo.com with the game name and your platform. Because the games don’t use accounts, include the player ID from the game’s settings if the game shows one, so we can find your data.
We confirm that we’ve received your request within 2 working days. We then complete requests to see or correct your data within 10 days, to withdraw consent or object within 15 days, and to delete your data within 20 days. These periods can be longer when one of our partners also has to act, within the limits the law sets, and we’ll tell you if that happens. We will never treat you differently for using your rights, and you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Deleting your data
You can delete game data on your device by uninstalling the game, and you can ask us to delete the data we hold. Step-by-step instructions are on our Delete your data page.
Children
The games are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where you live. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in Vietnam, and our partners process information in other countries, including the United States. When information is transferred across borders, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and our partners’ data protection commitments, and we follow Vietnamese rules on transferring personal data abroad.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), give access to information only to people who need it, and choose partners with recognized security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Vietnamese law
We are based in Vietnam and process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15), Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP and other applicable laws of Vietnam. If you are in Vietnam, you have the rights those laws give you, including the rights to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you in the games or on this website before they take effect.
