Our games don’t use accounts. Most information stays on your device or is linked to identifiers on your device. Here’s how to delete it.
Delete the data on your device
Uninstall the game. This deletes your progress, your settings and any identifiers the game created on your device. On Android, you can also open Settings > Apps, choose the game and tap Clear storage.
Reset your advertising identifier
- Android: in your phone’s Settings, find Ads (usually under Google or Privacy) and tap Delete advertising ID.
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off the switch next to the game. To stop every app from asking, also turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
This disconnects your device from the ad data linked to the old identifier.
Ask us to delete the data we hold
Email support@haitinhmo.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include:
- the game name and your platform (iOS or Android);
- the player ID from the game’s settings, if the game shows one;
- the email address you used, if you’ve written to us before.
We’ll confirm your request within 2 working days and delete the data we hold about you within 20 days. We’ll email you when it’s done.
What we may keep
- statistics that don’t identify you;
- records we must keep by law, such as accounting records;
- purchase records held by Apple or Google, which they manage under their own policies.
Data held by ad partners
Ad networks keep data linked to your advertising identifier. Resetting the identifier stops that data from being linked to your device. You can also contact them directly through the privacy policies linked in our privacy policy.
